Paid, but the page hasn’t changed?

Three causes explain almost every case:

You withdrew from an exchange, and it kept a fee. Exchanges deduct a withdrawal fee, so slightly less can arrive than the invoice asked for. On the withdrawal form, set the exact amount to arrive — or add the fee on top — so the payment isn’t short. Either way, the seller can see the transfer on-chain and confirm your payment.
The network is still confirming. Most networks confirm in about 10 seconds; Ethereum around 40. You can safely close the page — but leaving it open lets you watch the payment land.
The transfer went out on a different network than you picked. Contact the seller with your transaction hash. Transfers can’t be reversed, but the seller may still be able to locate and credit it.

Overpaid, or need a refund?

invoq can’t send money back — it never holds any. A refund is simply the seller paying you from their own wallet, so take your transaction hash and sort it out with them. The on-chain record shows both of you exactly what was paid.

Reach a human

Email help@invoq.money and include the invoice id from the bottom of the checkout (it looks like inv_…) plus your transaction hash if you have one. One caveat, stated plainly: invoq never holds funds, so we can’t reverse or reroute a transfer — but we can help you and the seller see exactly what happened.
