These terms govern your use of invoq. By using invoq, you agree to them.
What invoq is
invoq is software that helps you accept stablecoin payments. Each payment settles on-chain to the receiving wallet you set — through a smart contract that knows only that wallet, or straight to it on networks where invoq uses no contract. invoq is non-custodial: it cannot hold or freeze your funds, or change where they go.
Your account
You sign in with your email; there is no password. You are responsible for keeping access to that email and for activity under your account.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your receiving wallet and its keys, the accuracy of the invoices you create, your relationship with your customers, and following the laws and taxes that apply to you. For your sales, you are the merchant of record.
Payments are final
Stablecoin payments happen on a public blockchain and are irreversible. invoq cannot reverse, refund, or recover a payment — any refund is between you and your customer, sent from your own wallet. In rare cases a blockchain reorganization can reverse or alter a payment that appeared confirmed; invoq re-checks these and may mark them ‘in review’.
Fees
invoq is free during the public beta, with no limit on the number of payments. Accounts registered during the beta stay free after it ends, and later changes will not take that away. Free covers payment collection itself, with no invoq fee on what you receive; anything we build beyond it may be priced separately. Staying free is tied to the account that registered during the beta; it cannot be transferred or sold. Pricing for accounts opened after the beta is published on the invoq website, and changes are announced in advance. invoq never deducts from your payments: every one settles in full to your receiving wallet, and anything we charge is billed separately. Where a payment settles through a contract, invoq schedules when that settlement goes on-chain, and network conditions can delay it; the amount that reaches you does not change. Network fees for a transaction go to the blockchain, not to invoq.
Acceptable use
Do not use invoq for anything illegal or fraudulent, or that breaks sanctions or other people’s rights, and do not generate invoices or API traffic that no real payment activity is behind. We may suspend or close access for abuse or to meet legal obligations.
No warranty
invoq is provided ‘as is’, without warranties. Stablecoins and blockchains carry risks — price, network, smart-contract, and third-party risks — that are outside our control. To the fullest extent the law allows, invoq is not liable for losses arising from your use of the service, the blockchain, or the tokens involved.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use invoq means you accept the update. Questions? Email help@invoq.money.
